1. The in furnace process of electric heating furnace refers to the process of fuel supply and loading to supply fuel into the furnace, and air is supplied into the furnace directly or after heating by forced draft fan through air preheater for fuel combustion. On the grate or air distribution plate, the medium is ignited and burned after waste heat drying, dry distillation and volatile escape. The pulverized coal is mixed and injected into the furnace space through the pulverized coal burner, so as to burn in the furnace space. The fuel oil is atomized and evenly mixed with the air through the burner, and the fuel gas is evenly mixed and burned with the air through the burner. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion transfers heat to the working medium (water, steam and air) in the heating surface (water wall, superheater, reheater, slag condensate tube bundle, boiler tube bundle, economizer and air preheater). Then, the flue gas is dedusted by the dust removal device and discharged into the atmosphere through the flue, smoke window or induced draft fan. The generated ash is discharged out of the furnace through the ash removal device.
2. The in pot process of electric heating furnace refers to the process that the water treated feed water is pressurized by the feed water tank, sent to the economizer through the feed water pipeline, heated by waste heat, then loaded into the boiler drum, and flows into the radiant heating surface (water wall) and convective heating surface (slag condensation tube bundle and boiler tube bundle) along the downcomer through the lower header to absorb flue gas heat for heat transfer, so as to generate high-temperature hot water, that is, hot water boiler. Or vaporize water, that is, steam boiler.
The high-temperature water or steam water mixture is introduced into the upper drum through the header and outlet pipe to complete the water circulation. High temperature water is sent to the user by the upper drum or upper header, i.e. hot water boiler. After the dryness of the steam water mixture in the steam boiler drum is improved by the steam water separation device, the steam is sent to the user from the top of the drum or to the superheater to absorb heat to form superheated steam, which is sent to the user.
