    电采暖炉采暖过程中炉内变化有哪些?

    1、电采暖炉的炉内过程指燃料供应装载至将燃料供入炉,空气直接或由送风机经空气预热器升温后供入炉内,进行燃料的燃烧过程。媒在炉排或布风板上,经余热干燥、干馏、挥发分逸出而着火燃烧,煤粉经煤粉燃烧器与空气混合喷入,从而在炉膛空间燃烧,燃油经燃烧器雾化与空气均匀混合在炉膛空间燃烧,燃气经燃烧器与空气均匀混合燃烧。燃烧产生的高温烟气对受热面(水冷壁、过热器、再热器、凝渣管束、锅炉管束、省煤器、空气预热器)内工质(水、汽、空气)进行传热过程。然后,烟气经除尘装置除尘,经烟道、烟窗或加引风机排入大气。生成的灰渣经除灰渣装置排出炉外。

The generated ash is discharged out of the furnace through the ash removal device.
    2、电采暖炉的锅内过程指的是经过水处理的给水由给水箱加压,经给水管道送入省煤器,经余热升温后近日上锅筒,并沿下降管经下集箱流入辐射受热面(水冷壁)和对流受热面(凝渣管束、锅炉管束)吸收烟气热量进行传热过程,生成高温热水,即热水锅炉。或使水汽化,即是蒸汽锅炉。

Or vaporize water, that is, steam boiler.
    高温水或汽水混合物经集箱、引出管导入上锅筒,完成了水循环。高温水由上锅筒或上集箱送往用户,即热水锅炉。蒸汽锅炉锅筒内汽水混合物经汽水分离装置提高干度后,蒸汽由锅筒顶部送往用户,或者送入过热器,吸热形成过热蒸汽,从而送往用户。
